This website is owned and operated by École de Ballet Poétique situated at 9000 Blvd Maurice Duplessis in Montreal. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors ballet courses for children and adults, summer camp, rental of the location for private dance courses, and children’s parties. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. When paying for an inscription or rental, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. The yearly inscription fee is non-refundable. Session registrations will not be renewed automatically. École de Ballet Poétique will notify and contact you when your subscription is due for renewal (January or the upcoming new year). Session registrations must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the session. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of $20.00/week. If session payment is made by cheque, please write it out to École de Ballet Poétique. Bounced cheques will result in a $50.00 service fee. All in-person payments made at École de Ballet Poétique are bound to these terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy Inscription cancellation is refundable prior to the commencement of the 16-week session. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply. Once the ballet uniform is purchased, you will not be refunded. You can cancel your inscription up to 30 days after the commencement of the session, however; you will not be refunded for the classes attended.
